The new layout is disgusting and the app is effectively ruined for me and it seems Im not the only one

App doesnt work anymore after update. Cant change or add insurance and cant look at doctors info. Useless!

Logo is okay, design is plain but useful and responsive. But why yellow? Reminds me of yellopages and of being sick. Whats up with that background image ? If Im sick I would associate myself with the guy in the picture, the same guy which is evoking disgust on the face of the main person on the frame. I dont know about anyone else but if Im sick I want empathy not disgust. And I would like a nice calming comforting color not this "eye sore" yellow

The first image you come in contact with is just terrible. The image is of two people with a look of disgust towards someone who is sick. Personally I dont find myself wanting to go past the first section.

ZocDoc made searching for doctors easier and lot less painful for me – a rare feat where I live. It does need improvement re: insurance coverage, as the first doctor I tried wasnt in network like the app said he was. After speaking with the office receptionist I found out that his partner, who was the second doctor listed in my ZocDoc search, would take my insurance, so at least that worked out and turned out to be a really good decision. Im just worried that such luck wont be the norm... I do miss the old layout though... The cute little doctor loading graphic made me smile. This new update just isnt personable! Makes me not want to use it as much.

Previous versions were decent, but this app is almost unusable now. It has my medical team only listed by phone number. No names or dates or even specialties. Yes, because I know my Drs by phone number. Just sloppy.

I hate the new logo, new app, new everything, every time I open it I want to close it right away, it looks like the yellow pages.

The insurance and specialty drop downs dont populate for me (on brand new iPhone 6) so its unusable to make an appointment. New design is not attractive. Unfortunately they have no real viable competitors yet but this is something that would make me switch. How could they roll out an app that doesnt populate drop downs needed to make the app functional?

Yikes! What happened? This app is terrible looking. The yellow is very loud and almost alarming. The features dont work. It will not pull any doctors for me at all. Go back to the old design...

Home screen is designed for one specific task, but if thats not what youre looking for, its nearly impossible to do anything else. Cant update insurance. Cant search a doctor by name. Hard to even find account info because its buried beneath useless notifications... And if you can find it, once in account settings, the navigation gets caught in an infinite loop of "back" buttons. Awful app experience. (and unfortunately the mobile website appears to be just as useless)

Please fire the person who thought this app was worthy of being released to the public. Your earlier versions were MUCH better than this. I wont even tell you why its bad. Any company using an online/app platform to provide services should know how to make things simple and intuitive for its clients.

Was once a wonderful app. Now its garbage.

Snappy app and makes calling the doctor obsolete.

Terrible update. Horrible garish yellow branding along with garbage UX and bug ridden code. Cant even see my Drs - its just a column of sick looking squiggly faces and phone numbers. Unacceptable

Ive been using Zocdoc since I moved to NYC and I LOVE IT.

Im unable to change insurance information or personal information that has changed. Drop down menus do not populate. Disappointed.

I cant even select the first thing it asks me for; type of doctor (blank screen), so the app is completely unusable.

This app logged me out and every time I get the link to reset my password (which the app wont accept) Theres really NO way for you to get a new password!! WTH!!??

They made the app less convenient than the old layout. You cant search a doctor by name for reviews, change account settings. Its far to simplistic. Please bring back the old functionality.

I found and booked an appointment with a doctor!
